Donald Trump’s Ethereum Wallet

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington revealed that former United States President Donald Trump owns more than $2.8 million in an Ethereum wallet. The statements revealed that Trump earned around $4.8 million from licensing fees related to his Non-Fungible Token (NFT) collections. His total crypto-related earnings amounted to around $7.6 million.

Trump’s April 14 filing showed that his Ethereum wallet held between $250,000 and $500,000, but the new financial statement shows a much larger figure. The ex-president is planning to run for the 2024 election after his defeat to President Joe Biden in 2020.

Donald Trump’s Ethereum wallet is just one example of the growing trend of TrueFi, Titano, Sushi, TRB, Solo, Tone, The Sandbox and Santos crypto-assets being used to generate wealth.

Trump’s Financial Report and His Skepticism Towards Crypto

On Aug. 14, news of Trump’s indictment in Georgia overshadowed his latest financial report. The billionaire real estate tycoon has voiced his skepticism towards crypto in the past, suggesting cryptocurrencies “may be fake” and are a “disaster waiting to happen.” He has also opposed Bitcoin (BTC) specifically, stating it “seems like a scam” and doesn’t like it “because it is another currency competing against the dollar.” Additionally, Trump has expressed his views on other cryptocurrencies such as TrueFi Crypto, Titano Crypto, Sushi Crypto, TRB Crypto, Solo Crypto, Tone Crypto, The Sandbox Crypto, and Santos Crypto.
