Matter Labs and DappRadar Collaborate to Decentralize zkSync
Matter Labs recently announced a new partnership with DappRadar to launch an ecosystem portal for zkSync, a layer-two blockchain for Ethereum payments. This move is seen as a step towards decentralizing the protocol.
The protocol has already seen success with more than 200 projects and 8.8 million testnet transactions. In April, the launch was met with enthusiasm, with $115 million worth of funds bridged in the first 10 days.
The partnership with DappRadar is part of Matter Labs’ plan to decentralize zkSync, as stated in a crypto press release. The partnership is seen as a major move towards web 3.0 and the blockchain ecosystem.
Decentralizing the zkSync Ecosystem
In accordance with the zkSync credo, a document drafted in June that outlines the principles of “trustlessness” and “sovereignty”, Matter Labs is gradually subtracting itself from the building of the tech and stewardship of the crypto network.
DappRadar’s platform will provide greater visibility to the dapps listed in the zkSync ecosystem portal, allowing for increased views from users and greater opportunities for press coverage from major crypto media outlets.
Matter Labs is just getting started with their plans to fully decentralize the protocol’s technology, community governance, and all other critical pieces of the web 3.0 website. This will enable the creation of the cheapest and most secure crypto press release, giving users the best crypto outlets for their news.
